Just Attend Kiosk - System Requirements
The Just Attend Kiosk application is designed to run on Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 operating systems. We recommend a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 or newer.
There may be scaling issues with the Microsoft Surface Go devices due to the 10.3" screen and therefore the app is not supported on this device.
Any model of the Surface Pro family will be sufficient as long as it runs Windows 10 or 11.
The Surface Pro is an ideal device because of its touch screen. The app can also run on a normal PC, but the attendees will need to use a mouse and keyboard.
You can configure the Surface Pro / PC to run in Kiosk Mode to restrict access to the operating system and ensuring that the app remains running without interference.
Printer
Just Attend Kiosk works with the Epson C3500 Colour Label Printer. Any other printer is not supported with the public release. If you require support with an alternative printer, please contact us to discuss.
Accessories
