Retrieve Incomplete Registration

If you have purchased a ticket for an event but forgotten to complete the registration steps, your ticket will not be issued until you have completed it. You will need to retrieve your registration and complete the mandatory steps to receive your ticket.

To do this, go to the event for which you registered and click the Login link and choose Retrieve Ticket

Enter the email address you used to make your purchase into the Retrieve My Registration block and press Retrieve Ticket

If your registration is found, you will be able to continue your registration steps to get your ticket.
