Creating Session Rooms
Session rooms are required for all event types, virtual, hybrid and in-person as these are used to build the agenda. For virtual events you can label these the same as your session categories if you wish to create a swim lane agenda for attendees to follow sessions in a particular content track.
To create or edit your session rooms go to the Admin Lounge and select Conference Rooms
Add a Room
Click Add New Room
Enter the Room name and its capacity. For virtual events, enter in the maximum number of participants you can host in your conferencing platform. Press Save
Edit a Room
Once the room is created, you can now edit it with session Configuring Scheduling Rules.
